Phosphating - Lubricant remover Unit.
Our phosphating -lubricant remover unit is able to accept large in dimensions parts covering the requirements of our customers. We place great importance on immediate painting after phosphating to prevent deposition of particles which result is shiny surfaces without failure.

Powders.
We provide robotic surface painting with 16 high quality performance pistols. For special structures with folds encircling the object is done manually.For indoor use the powders are epoxy polyester and polyester for outdoor.

Polymerization Oven.
Depending on the type of powder we use appropriate and specific temperature for a certain time to become a succesfull polymerization. We adhere strictly to the specifications and package the products only when they are at room temperature.The packaging is made of shrink film that is isolated from foreign particles and be transported safely without damage.
